You made it! The final part of the Eggs Benedict series is here!
This part is quite easy, as it just shows you how to put all previous parts together and actually create the dish called Eggs Benedict.
So, in order for you to be able to make this you’ll need to check out the other three parts:
Besides that, you will need to fry up some bacon.
Slice an English Muffin open horizontally. You could toast the inside of the muffin as well, to add a bit more crunch.
Place bacon, as much as you want, on the muffin. On top of that, place the poached egg.
Drizzle over some hollandaise sauce.
If desired, you can sprinkle over some chopped chives, or alfalfa.
And that’s it! Well done, you! Enjoy your delicious Eggs Benedict!
Note: I have made the Eggs Benedict in the picture prior to all other components. As you can see, my English Muffins were not as good as they were in the next trial… Anyhow, this is a good picture of what your English Muffins should not look like 😉
I really like how you took all the pieces and put them together at the end! An awesome way to do a series if you ask me.
