As said in my previous post about my essential items on a long journey (which you can read here), I am going to Fiji and Australia for three weeks. I’ve got all my posts scheduled so you’ll still be able to enjoy all the easy and flavourful recipes.
While I’m soaking up the sun on the other side of the world, the kitchen will be taken over by my mom and dad again. So the recipes I’ll be sharing over the next weeks will be my parents’. These are the classics that we’ve been eating ever since I can remember, and all three of them are the perfect comfort food for the colder autumn days. I hope you enjoy them!
